Common questions

I paid, but Lensy still says Locked

Open Lensy Settings and tap Restore purchases. Confirm that your iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, then fully close and reopen Lensy. Sandbox subscriptions used during testing do not transfer to a normal production Apple Account.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed in Apple’s subscription settings. Open Lensy Settings and tap Manage subscription, or on your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Sign in with Apple is not completing

Check that your iPhone has a working network connection and is signed in to an Apple Account under Settings. Then fully close and reopen Lensy and try again. If you previously used a private relay email address and revoked access, go to Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, remove Lensy, and sign in once more.

Photo processing is taking too long

Processing time depends on the photo, the selected look, and current service load. Keep Lensy open and connected while a job runs. Each account can run up to 3 processing jobs at once, so waiting for an earlier job to finish can unblock a new one. If a job appears stuck, it is cleared automatically within 24 hours — contact support with the time it started if it never completes.

The result changed more than expected

Lensy applies a camera-style look with automated image processing, and results vary with the source photo, scene, and lighting. Try a different look, or a source photo that is sharper and better lit. Always review a result before publishing or relying on it.

I cannot save to Photos

Lensy needs permission to add images to your library. On your iPhone go to Settings → Lensy → Photos and allow access (Add Photos Only is enough to save results). Also confirm your device has free storage, then reopen Lensy and save again.

How long are my photos stored?

The original you select is deleted after successful processing, or within 24 hours if the job fails or becomes stuck. Finished images and generation history are kept for 30 days, unless you delete your account sooner. Copies you saved to your own Photos library stay under your control. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account and data. This permanently removes your account, stored Lensy media, generation history, and linked authentication credentials. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately in Apple’s subscription settings first.
